Monks of Adoration Chapel-24 hour view of The Monks of Adoration Chapel in Petersham, Massachusetts. This is what the monks told The Realtime Camera Paradise:
Thank you for choosing us to be Cam of the week. I don’t know but perhaps we have the only live Webcam of a chapel on the Internet. We do this because as Catholics we believe that Jesus Christ, the Second Person of the Triune God who assumed a human nature for our salvation, is really present in the tabernacle of our chapel Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity under the appearance of bread. Sounds like a wild assertion except that He is God and He can do it! Why did He do it? Because He wanted to remain among us, to be physically present to us and to be received into us in Holy Communion. That is how much He loved us. He is there with His love waiting for people to respond to it. He is waiting there for you in any Catholic church in the world. But if you can’t get to a church you can always visit Him virtually through our Live Chapel Webcam at http://www.monksofadoration.org/videoliv.html. We have so much available on our website for you. Besides a webcam that runs all night during the day we have a real time video of our chapel using the freeware program Cu-SeeMe. To see all that we offer please stop by our main page at http://www.monksofadoration.org. You will be glad you did!
