In 17th Century there was a small village, named Sandberg whose inhabitants lived on producing charcoal.

Eventualy, in the midst of the confusions of the Thirty Years' War, the village was abandoned. Today you wont even find any ruins. Only an abandoned farmstead lies at the edge of the ravine where the cave is hidden.

Unobserved the "small people" are granted to dwell inside it's comfortly, earthen protection.

Unobserved? No more. The cave is to tell us it's secrets.
